How will you improve my writing?

Our experienced editors will significantly improve your text through accurate proofreading and intuitive editing. We utilise the 'track changes' feature of Microsoft Word so that you can see all of the amendments we make to your document. We will provide you with a tracked version that highlights our changes, as well as a 'clean' version with all of our amendments accepted. We will improve word choice to ensure appropriate tone, fix phrasing issues and also correct errors in spelling, grammar and punctuation for coherent flow.

How can I be sure of the quality of your service and do you have a money-back guarantee?

You are fully protected by our quality guarantee. This states that if you are not 100% satisfied with our service and can cite a valid reason for this, we will issue a partial or full refund or a re-edit if you wish.

How do you choose which editor will proofread my document?

How does the order process work?

What is your turnaround time?

We will deliver your improved document to you within 48 hours of you placing your order with us.

What payment options do you offer?

We accept all major credit and debit cards via our website (including Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Maestro) through our payment processor Stripe.

How will my document be returned to me?

We will send your proofread and edited document to you via e-mail. You will receive a 'track changes' version of your file, which will show amendments made, as well as a 'clean' version, with all changes accepted and tracking removed. We will not send any physical or printed copies.

Will your service affect my Turnitin / plagarism score?

Our service will have no impact on your Turnitin or plagarism score. The files you send to us are kept secure and never shared with 3rd parties.

Will my files be kept secure and confidential?

All files submitted to Perfect Proofread will be kept in the strictest confidence. Only your assigned editor will have access your files and we will not share them externally under any circumstances. All client files are automatically deleted from our system 30 days after we complete the order. We will gladly sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) if required.

What if I have follow up questions?
